Card regulation - principles
" Tickets are only available to members of our fan club.
" All tickets are for personal use only and may not be passed on to third parties.
" If, for any reason, the allocated ticket(s) cannot be used for personal use, this must be communicated as soon as possible. The tickets can then be passed on to other members by the fan club.
Ticket order
" The names of the ticket recipients (person ordering and accompanying persons) must be stated in the ticket request.
" Ticket requests will only be accepted via the dedicated ticket form:

Children up to and including 13 years for standing and seated tickets (50% each).
Pensioners aged 65 and over and severely disabled persons with ID 50% of the seat price each (ID required!).
